Step 1: Application Process

Step 2: Paperwork Processing
The MHO will gather your paperwork and required documents, process
your application, and qualify you for housing on-base. This process
takes approximately 3-7 business days.
Step 3: Referral Process
Once your application is processed and approved by the MHO, you
will be referred to a PPV partner, such as Atlantic Marine Corps
Communities. AMCC houses all ranks. When AMCC receives notification
from the MHO that your paperwork has been processed successfully,
you will be contacted by someone from the AMCC Leasing Team and
offered a home that meets your needs.
Non-Active Duty / Military Affiliated Applicants
Application Steps for Non-Active Duty/Military Affiliated Applicants - DoD Employee & Military Retiree Applicants only
Step 1: Application Process
Please submit your application with required documents to the
Military Housing Office (MHO).
Must be able to pass applicable credit, background and criminal
check, pay a $25 non-refundable application fee and upon approval,
pay a $200 up to $1000; with conditional approval, deposit, and a
one-time $150 per pet, non-refundable pet fee.

Step 2: Paperwork Processing
AMCC will review your application and required documents and
contact you to confirm receipt of your application and to process
your application fee.
